Hello, I’m Laura

My yoga journey began as a simple exercise routine, but it quickly blossomed into something much more meaningful. As I deepened my practice, I discovered yoga's incredible ability to bring balance, clarity, and a sense of harmony into my life. It became a path of self-exploration and personal growth—one that reshaped how I approach challenges, nurture relationships, and connect with the world around me.

Inspired by the profound transformation yoga brought into my life, I felt called to share this practice with others. I began my teacher training in 2020 with Triyoga, where I had the privilege of learning under the guidance of Erika Tourell and Lisa Sanfilippo—teachers whose depth of knowledge and compassionate approach helped shape my own teaching style.

My journey didn’t stop there. I went on to train with Susannah Hoffman as a children’s yoga teacher, which opened up a new and deeply fulfilling chapter of my practice. Teaching yoga to children has become a true passion of mine. I believe in empowering young people with tools to build confidence, self-awareness, and self-love—qualities that not only serve them personally but ripple out to positively impact the wider community.

Whether I’m teaching adults or children, my aim is always to create a nurturing space where each student feels seen, supported, and encouraged to explore their own unique path through yoga.
